Patricio specializes his practice in administrative law, projects & infrastructure, project financing, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law.
During the past few years, Patricio has dedicated his professional career providing legal advice in the structuring of infrastructure projects at all stages, as well as the implementation of project financing in different modalities (road, hotel, water, energy and environmental sectors).
He has participated in multiple administrative law projects; structuring of diverse bidding procedures for the awarding of contracts, concessions, licenses and permits, including public-private partnership (PPP) projects, from their structure and design to their registration before the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit; structuring federal government supported projects under recoverable and non-recoverable finance modalities; obtaining financing and several corporate law matters, advising federal agencies, local governments, municipalities and private companies. In his practice, he has also collaborated in the refinancing and restructuring of public debt of states and municipalities.
Patricio has professional experience in the public and private sectors, having served in the Federal Government of Mexico, where he was involved in the drafting of preliminary decrees, agreements, presidential resolutions, international treaties and different legal instruments.
Patricio graduated with honors for the thesis presented from Escuela Libre de Derecho.
