We have broad experience in Federal, State and Municipal public bid procedures, which allows us to advise our clients in the implementation of the diverse energy and infrastructure projects both in Mexico and abroad (self-supply and co-generation, among others), as well as in matters related to the granting of contracts tendered through public bids, such as long-term sale and purchase contracts, service contracts, concessions and service projects.

As part of our practice, advising on the study of tender bases and the applicable regulatory framework, the opinion on legal risks, the preparation and presentation of proposals, the review, modification and implementation of long-term concession contracts and service contracts, the structuring of specific purpose vehicles and the negotiation and management with governmental authorities stand out.

In the same manner, our specialized lawyers render advisory services to rating agencies authorized in Mexico by issuing legal opinions related to the securitization of flows derived from the exploitation of infrastructure projects, including those arising from the exploitation of highway routes.
