Alejandro advises several clients in the planning and implementation of corporate structures and financing projects. He specializes in the areas of bank, corporate, mergers and acquisitions and real estate financing.
Alejandro is experienced in the negotiation of financing and its guarantee structuring. He has advised banks and private capital funds as creditors and states, municipalities and companies in the private sector as borrowers.
Alejandro represents banks in the financing of infrastructure, real estate, hotel and industrial projects. He also advises rating agencies authorized in Mexico on the issuance of credit opinions in relation to structured securities.
In the same manner, Alejandro participates in international mergers and acquisitions transactions. He also implements corporate structures and strategies for investments in projects, as well as partners’ agreements.
