As part of our capital markets practice, we advise our clients on, among other aspects, the analysis of the applicable regulatory framework, obtaining the necessary government authorizations, the preparation and negotiation of the transaction documents with the parties and third parties involved (including but not limited to the National Banking and Securities Commission, the Mexican Stock Exchange (Bolsa Mexicana de Valores S.A.B. de C.V.) and S.D. Indeval S.A. de C.V.), and in the coordination of the activities related to the implementation of each transaction.
