Samara has participated at the Firm in several corporate activities such as the incorporation of companies, audits, corporate maintenance and updates through the preparation of stockholders' and board of directors' meeting minutes, and the implementation of corporate governance and regulatory compliance standards..
Currently, Samara is involved in advising private companies, credit institutions and public bodies of the Mexican government to conduct public securities offerings, securitizations and comply with other internal corporate obligations to stock markets.
She also advises rating agencies authorized in Mexico on the issuance of legal opinions in relation to public securities offerings and structured securities.
