Luis practices in the areas of corporate, project, and structured finance, as well as in mergers and acquisitions.
He has extensive experience representing domestic and foreign financial institutions and companies in the structuring and implementation of legal structures related to secured and unsecured financial transactions, including term loans, revolving lines, bridge loans, syndicated financing, and factoring transactions, as well as in the preparation and negotiation of documents related to such structures and their guarantees.
Likewise, he has participated in the design and implementation of several mergers and acquisitions transactions, as well as in corporate operations, with respect to companies in the fintech, non-bank financial, real estate, hazardous materials treatment and recycling, and information technology services sectors.
In addition, he has participated in the review and drafting of all types of contracts, maintenance and day-to-day corporate activities of companies, as well as in the drafting and supervision of multiple legal audits for various transactions and projects.
