Alexis carries out banking, financial and stock market activities within the firm.
He also advises rating agencies authorized in Mexico on the issuance of legal opinions in relation to public securities offerings and structured securities.
As well, Alexis participates in in financing projects, he advises tha parties and collaborates with the legal structure of the Project.
In addition, he has participated in reviewing and elaborating legal documents related to public offerings and structured financing projects.
He also has experience incorporating Multi-Purpose Financial Companies.
When Alexis was part of CHM Compliance, he gained experience in the review process of the Independent Compliance Officer in terms of the CUFSAR.
